Guided by Kayla, a well-experienced coach and meditation practitioner with therapy-informed training, this group blends embodiment, mindfulness, and relational practices to create a safe, supportive space for growth.
In CIRCLE, you will:
Reconnect with your body and energy through grounding, movement, and embodiment practices.
Experience safe, authentic sharing where your humanity is witnessed, supported, and celebrated.
Practice healthy relating in a group setting, building confidence and trust in yourself and others.
Gain insight and awareness as patterns in your thoughts, feelings, and interactions emerge.
Integrate healing practices like meditation, visualization, journaling, and movement into daily life.
